Deepjyoti Deka is a research scientist at the MIT Energy Initiative. His research interests lie at the intersection of AI and optimization for secure estimation and operation in renewable-rich power grids. Currently, his focus also includes analyzing and mitigating issues related to connecting large loads such as datacenters to the grid. At the MIT Energy Initiative, Deka serves as the program manager for the Data Center Power Forum, an initiative supported by energy, infrastructure, and AI companies that aims to coalesce research in this domain.
