News J-WAFS PIs Benedetto Marelli and John Hart have teamed up to create and manufacture an innovative new food sensor

Benedetto Marelli of MIT Civil and Environmental Engineering and John Hart of MIT Mechanical Engineering, with the help of J-WAFS funding, have joined forces to develop a food sensor that will detect signs of spoilage and bacterial contamination.
